For Hard Tickets (QR Code):

• Click "Start Camera Scanner" to begin scanning

• Hold the QR code steady until it's detected

• No need to enter ticket number or passkey manually

For Admin Passkey Access:

• Your ticket number is usually found in your confirmation email

• Ticket numbers typically start with the event name (e.g., EVENT-123)

• Enter the passkey provided by the event administrator

• If you can't find your ticket, contact the event organizer
